Charlotte has worked as an HR Professional, Trainer and Coach for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in delivering transformational HR support to businesses of all shapes and sizes, whilst always working with honesty and integrity.

Rachel Mattia

Head of Learning & Development

Rachel has over 20 years experience helping senior teams and their CEOs build capability by driving engagement, fostering collaboration and inspiring people to achieve their full potential. Providing a tailored mix of strategic planning, expert advice, 121 coaching or hands on training and support, she loves working alongside teams to enable them to map clear paths in talent by including apprentices, graduate schemes, mentoring, coaching or digital learning and CPD.

Michelle has worked in client engagement and marketing roles for over 20 years. She has a wealth of experience delivering strategic business and marketing support to SMEs, global local, and international companies. A highly driven, results-oriented, and creatively minded individual, She is passionate about delivering on objectives and creating longstanding, strong client relationships. Her collaborative and inquisitive nature further enhances her ability to understand client needs and develop strategies that drive success.
