Celebrating the ‘Gold’ (and Platinum) Standard Among Our Clients
It’s undisputed…our clients really are the best of the best!
The results of this year’s Best Employers Eastern Region recognition programme have just been announced, and we’re the first to be waving the flags and popping the champagne in celebration.
If you’ve never heard about Best Employers, then please, do spend some time getting to understand this incredibly impressive East of England initiative, which was conceived back in 2012.
Launched by Pure Resourcing Solutions and eras ltd, it had the initial intention of seeking out our very best companies in terms of culture, values, learning opportunities and employee support.
Employees from each submitting business have the opportunity to truly reflect their experience within the company, by completing a focused survey.
The results are then assessed rigorously, and those who score highly are invited to apply for silver, gold or platinum accreditation. Judges make the final benchmarking allocation.
“Great support”
“Where to start, they have been a great support to me and my team with various issues and advice, we would have struggled to get through this on our own.” Read the full review
And so on to this year’s triumphant collective.
In particular, we at MAD-HR want to doff our cap to the following incredible clients, who have all worked so hard to set exceptionally high standards within their business, and as a result, have been honoured in the following way:
- Indigo Swan – Platinum Award (who were also named Best Professional Services Company)
- Suffolk Family Carers – Platinum Award
- Omega Ingredients – Gold Award
- Scrutton Bland – Gold Award
- Axter Ltd – Gold Award
Knowing these clients as well as we do, and having worked with them on specific issues or over a longer-term journey, it’s truly such a pleasure to see them acknowledged.
The very process of the awards, pivoting as it does on an employee survey, goes to show how vital it is that issues around staff wellbeing, clear and evident values, and a culture of responsibility and diligent compliance, are all duly considered and embedded – and that done well, they are crucial in achieving overall success.
Our very own Shelley Measures attended the recent awards, at which these accolades were distributed.
She said: “I have always considered the Best Employer initiative to be a great one.
“It really allows businesses to shine, and for employees to give true and valuable feedback.
“The fact that so many of our clients are celebrating, following their work with us, is a further testament to the relationship we have built with those firms and the resource and insight we’ve been able to share as part of their journey.”
Commenting for Omega Ingredients, one of our very lucky and deserving clients, Melissa Masters, the firm’s HR & Compliance Manager, said: “Achieving the ‘Gold’ Best Employers accreditation is a key milestone in our journey.
“This recognition is a testament that we are not just an employer, but a company that values its team and is committed to creating an outstanding workplace.
“Our journey towards this accomplishment was greatly supported by MAD-HR, who played an instrumental role in helping us navigate the intricacies of employee engagement and satisfaction.
“Since introducing us to the Best Employers Survey in 2020, MAD-HR has consistently assisted us in translating employee feedback into actionable improvements, enabling us to create a more positive and productive work environment.
“We’re so grateful for their guidance, which has been key in our continued success and ‘Gold’ accreditation.”
