We are thrilled and honoured that MAD-HR has won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award. FeeFo is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real clients.

Feefo created the ‘Trusted Service’ award for businesses who use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights. Based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, businesses who meet the high standard receive the award.

The Trusted Service award is a highly valued badge of approval; this accreditation is unique because it is based on real clients interactions. As FeeFo independently verifies all reviews as genuine; the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.

Feefo gives Gold Trusted Service awards to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2020 and December 31st 2020, with a Feefo service rating of 4.5 and above.
