MAD-HR Director Charlotte Bate recently participated in a Suffolk Chamber of Commerce menopause webinar, hosted by Michelle Pollard, chair of Suffolk Business Women (and Managing Director at Spider). Also on the panel for the webinar were Kate Pigeon-Owen from Wellbeing International and Deborah O-Hara from ESNEFT.

During the event, panellists discussed the impact of menopause in the workplace in relation to employers and offered practical suggestions for better supporting employees experiencing symptoms. Suffolk Chamber of Commerce have now made the webinar recording available on YouTube.
