What we cover:
Employee relations issues will happen – it’s part of employing people. This workshop provides you with the tools to manage when things aren’t going to plan, either through the conduct of an employee or when an employee raises an issue.
From misconduct to disciplinary hearings and appeals, we’ll take you through a step-by-step guide to managing conduct issues as well as managing the process when an employee raises a grievance; giving you the confidence to manage situations when they arise.

The content of this module has been accredited by the CPD Certification Service as conforming to universally accepted Continuing Professional Development (CPD) guidelines. However, delegates will only be able to claim the CPD hours when all four HR Hero modules have been completed.
As employment law is subject to change, the recommended renewal period for this training is 1 year.
